Energy Punch (気拳 Kiken, lit. "Spirit Fist") is a powerful punch that is charged with energy, it is used by multiple characters in Dragon Ball Z.

Overview

Cui uses his version, the Bomb Strike against Vegeta. Yamcha uses Ki Blast Thrust to defeat Recoome on King Kai's Planet.[5] Frieza also uses it while fighting Goku. Piccolo uses it to destroy Cyclopian Guards.[6] Goku uses an energized punch named Heroic Force[1] while fighting Majin Vegeta.
