Energy Punch (気拳 Kiken, lit. "Spirit Fist") is a powerful punch that is charged with ki, it is used by multiple characters in Dragon Ball Z.

Overview

Cui uses his variation, the Bomb Strike, against Vegeta.

Yamcha uses Ki Blast Thrust to defeat Recoome on King Kai's Planet.[6]

Frieza also uses it while fighting Goku.

Goku uses an energized punch named Heroic Force[1] while fighting Majin Vegeta.

Kefla attempted to use her variation, Gigantic Breaker against Ultra Instinct -Sign- Goku during the Tournament of Power, but he dodged it causing her to comically trip throwing her off balance.

In "Goku Revived!! Strongest vs. Strongest Collide!" episode of the Universal Conflict Saga, using his new mastery of Ultra Instinct Sign Goku can focus the energy of Ultra Instinct Sign into his fists and uses an Ultra Instinct Sign enhanced energy punch to separate Oren from Vegeta.
