Energy Punch (気拳 Kiken, lit. "Spirit Fist") is a powerful punch that is charged with energy, it is used by multiple characters in Dragon Ball Z.

Overview

Cui uses his version, the Bomb Strike against Vegeta. Yamcha uses Ki Blast Thrust to defeat Recoome on King Kai's Planet.[4] Frieza also uses it while fighting Goku. Goku uses an energized punch named Heroic Force[1] while fighting Majin Vegeta. Kefla attempted to use an Energy Sphere enhanced version called Gigantic Breaker against Ultra Instinct -Sign- Goku during the Tournament of Power, but he dodged it causing her to comically trip throwing her off balance.

In Dragon Ball Z: The Return of Cooler, Piccolo uses it to destroy Cyclopian Guards.
