Energy Punch (気拳 Kiken) is a powerful punch that is charged with energy, it is used by multiple characters in Dragon Ball Z.

Overview

Cui uses his version, the Bomb Strike against Vegeta. Yamcha uses the technique to defeat Recoome on King Kai's planet. Yamcha charges ki into his fist and delivers an energized punch. After being hit with the attack, Recoome is launched forward and then slightly upwards before hitting the ground again.[5] Frieza also uses it while fighting Goku. Piccolo uses it to destroy Cyclopian Guards.[6] Goku uses an energized punch named Heroic Force[1] while fighting Majin Vegeta.
