"Blood... my noble blooded spilled by the sheer luck of such... such trash?! No... no, I will not allow this to stand! I CANNOT ALLOW THIS TO STAND!!! YOUR INSOLENCE JUST COST YOU THIS WORLD!!! I'LL BLOW IT ALL TO PIECES AND THERE'S NOTHING YOU CAN DO TO STOP ME!!!"
Vegeta before preparing the attack in "An All-Out Kamehame-Ha! Vegeta's Terrible Transformation!"

Earth Splitting Galick Gun (地球爆砕ギャリック砲 Chikyū Bakusai Gyarikku Hō) is a more powerful version of the Galick Gun used by Vegeta.

Overview[]

The attack is essentially a super-powered Galick Gun, with enough power to obliterate an entire planet in one shot.

Usage[]

Vegeta uses the attack against Goku as the first showing of the Galick Gun. Irate that Goku's Kaio-ken Attack had spilled his royal blood, Vegeta declares he will not allow such insolence to stand and soars into the air, threatening Earth with the Earth Splitting Galick Gun in a fit of rage. Forced to counterattack, Goku risks a x3 Kaio-ken Kamehameha in response. Vegeta fires the Galick Gun and clashes with the Kaio-ken Kamehameha, shocked that Goku's blast is able to match his own attack exactly. Eventually, Goku raises his Kaio-ken to a x4 boost and utterly decimates the Galick Gun, injuring Vegeta and blasting him into the atmosphere.[3]

In Xenoverse 2, Earth Splitting Galick Gun is one of Vegeta's skills, as well as the Future Warrior, who can obtain the skill in "Parallel Quest 11: Burst Open and Mix!" as a reward. Though much more powerful, this variation of the Galick Gun cannot be charged, though it uses much more ki. After the 1.09.00 Update, it can be added to Vegeta and Perfect Cell's custom skillset after purchasing it in their respective Partner Customizations. After the 1.15.00 Update, it can be added to Time Patrol Trunks' custom skillset after purchasing it in Partner Customization.

In Dragon Ball Heroes, it is named Full Power Galick Gun (フルパワーギャリック砲) and added in Big Bang Mission 9 as the Super Attack of Vegeta's "BM9-036" card.

During the Saga of Two Saiyans portion of DLC 6 of Kakarot, an exhausted Vegeta uses the Earth Splitting Galick Gun to clash with Goku's Kamehameha, just as it did in the Saiyan Saga. As Goku's Kamehameha starts to overwhelm the Galick Gun, the adrenaline-fueled Vegeta rapidly cancels his Galick Gun to switch to Final Flash and reset the Energy Clash to a neutral state just as the Kamehameha nearly engulfs him completely.
