Repeating Death Beams is a last ditch attack utilized by Frieza in order to detonate the planet he is on.
Overview
Frieza presses his palms into the earth of the planet he is on and then detonates the entire planet. Causing the ground to rupture and beams of fire to spew from the Earth, soon resulting in the planet being destroyed.
In Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection ‘F’, after falling out of his Ultimate Evolution state and realizing that there was no way for him to defeat Super Saiyan God SS Vegeta, Frieza utilized this technique to destroy the Earth, killing Vegeta and everyone one on Earth, including Trunks and Goten except those who were around Whis during the attack.
