Duncan Brannan is an American voice actor who works for Funimation. He voices numerous characters in the Dragon Ball series, such as Monster Carrot, Ninja Murasaki, Dr. Myuu, Babidi, Bibidi, and the Murasaki Brothers. He was the voice of Fortuneteller Baba in the Majin Buu arc (aside from "Vegito... Downsized” where Wendy Powell filled in), replacing Laurie Steele in the role, but was replaced himself by Linda Young when Funimation dubbed the original Dragon Ball anime.

Outside of the Dragon Ball franchise, Brannan is world-famous as a Christian pastor, writer, fine arts consultant and the voice of children's restaurant mascot, Chuck E. Cheese, for 19 years.
