Dub & Peter 1 is a short 4 chapter manga by Akira Toriyama that takes place in the same universe as the Dragon Ball series.
Plot
The story is set in Pepper Town, where two guys named Dub and Peter go to a junkyard to create a really fast car to pick up girls. When completed by Peter, the car was named "Peter 1" with Dub as its driver. The car is controlled by a computer and has its own personality and can talk to Dub.
While taking the car on a drive, Dub meets a girl named Elizabeth who was about to be kidnapped by the two thugs, Lord Asatias and Rock. Dub gets out of the car and starts fighting them. After knocking out Rock, Asatias pulls a gun on him, but Peter 1 saves Dub when it brings out a small canon that shot a ball at Asatias hand knocking his gun. When Asatias sees that Dub has a nice car, he challenges Dub to a race promising to give him 1 million Zenni and to return the girl.

The story ends with Dub deciding to give the 1 million Zenni to his friend Peter, but then asks for him to make a robot girl that resembles the real world actress Hikaru Nishida.
