While taking the car on a drive, Dub meets a girl named Elizabeth who was about to be kidnapped by two thugs. Dub gets out of the car and starts fighting them. After knocking out the taller thug, the shorter one pulls a gun on him but Peter 1 saves dub when it brings out a small canon that shot a ball at the thugs hand knocking his gun. When the thug sees that Dub has a nice car, he challenges Dub to a race promising to give him 1 million [[Zenni]] and to return the girl. They go race on the outskirts of town through a canyon. The race then goes aerial as both vehicles change it flying modes. As the thugs begin to shoot Dub with their vehicle, Peter 1 pulls out a missle launcher from under the hood and destroys their vehicle making Dub the winner. After Dub wins the 1 million Zenni, he rushes over to Elizabeth only to find out that she already has a child and a very muscular husband. The story ends with Dub deciding to give the 1 million Zenni to his friend Peter but then asks for him to make a robot girl that resembles the real world actress Nishida Hikaru.

Story

The story is set in Pepper Town, where two guys named Dub and Peter go to a junkyard to create a really fast car to pick up girls. When completed by Peter, the car was named "Peter 1" with Dub as its driver. The car is controlled by a computer and has its own personality and can talk to Dub.

Relation to Dragon Ball

Dub & Peter 1 features several elements also included in the Dragon Ball series. The currency used in both stories is Zeni, and a city called Pepper Town appears in Dragon Ball Z: The History of Trunks. Additionally, Rock, appears in filler in the Dragon Ball Z anime as a member of the Red Shark Gang.

Dub and Peter make a cameo in the first chapter of the spin-off manga Dragon Ball Heroes: Victory Mission.
