Dragon Garow Lee is a manga writer born in Osaka of Japan.
Biography
After years of building a name for himself as a doujinshi with Dragon Ball fanart in Japan and outside of it with the internet, he was selected by Shueisha's Dragon Ball Room to make Dragon Ball: That Time I Got Reincarnated as Yamcha. He was selected due to being recognized as one of the biggest doujinshi who are a fan of Yamcha.
