Don Kia (Don Kee in the Funimation English dub) is the pretty-boy tyrant of Planet Imegga in Dragon Ball GT. He relied on his bodyguard Redjic and his two commissioners, Sheila and Gale, to do his dirty work. He was greedy and made it illegal to own ships on Imegga, stranding the merchants who came there to do business.
When Goku, Trunks, and Pan landed on Imegga, Don Kia confiscated their ship. The trio then successfully retrieved it, and this resulted in them being wanted criminals. After a fight with Goku between Redjic, the trio taught Don Kia a lesson, and he let them give the Imeggans their money and ships back.
