Don Kee (ドン・キアー Don Kiā) is a pretty-boy tyrant of planet Imecka, who relies on his bodyguard Ledgic and his two commissioners Gale and Sheela to do all of his dirty work.

With his henchmen helping him to rule the planet unopposed, Don Kee began charging the entire planet for everything. He was so greedy that he made it illegal to own ships on Imecka, stranding the merchants who came there and force them to do business.

Don Kee enjoys his wealth
When Goku, Trunks, and Pan landed on Imecka, Don Kee confiscated their ship. The trio then successfully retrieved it, and this resulted in them being wanted criminals. After a fight with Goku between Ledgic, Don Kee begged them to spare his life and the trio taught Don Kee a lesson, and he let them give the Imeckians their money and ships back, and also to force him to give the Imeckians free housing.

He was later on seen in jail, alongside his associates, reluctantly raising his hand to fuel Goku's Super Ultra Spirit Bomb in order to defeat Omega Shenron.[2]

Dragon Ball GT (1997 live show)[]
Don Kee appears as a villain in the live action GT show, where he appears with an army of members of Ledgic's race trying to get revenge on Goku, Pan, and Trunks, however, he is defeated.

- His name is an anagram of akindo (商人), a Japanese word meaning "merchant", keeping with the theme of the inhabitants of Imecka being named after money-related words.
- Don Kee wears red earrings similar to potaras.
- Don Kee's character sheet states that he was designed to be a transvestite character and thus his original clothing that were more combatant in nature was changed to his known attire.
