"Devouring Power" (食らう能力 Kurau Chikara) is the third chapter of the Super Dragon Ball Heroes: Meteor Mission! manga.
Summary[]
Xeno Goku battles Baby who is secretly Ozotto
On the Sacred World of the Kai, Super Saiyan 4 Xeno Goku confronts Baby, in reality just another clone of Majin Ozotto. Xeno Goku quickly realises that his opponent is not actually Baby as soon as they engage in battle. The two fight with Xeno Goku having the edge and after he lands a Kamehameha at point blank range, Ozotto splits into two halves, with one half transforming into Frieza and the other into Cell.
Xeno Goku battles the two alone, dodging Frieza's Death Razor and hurtling the attack back at him to slice him in two. Just as that happens, Cell appears behind Xeno Goku and begins his attempt at absorbing him through his tail but when Xeno Goku increases his strength by turning Super Full Power Saiyan 4 Limit Breaker, he is able to break free by destroying Cell's tail. Frieza and Cell quickly regenerate and use Hell's Buster to contain Xeno Goku in a restricting energy barrier.
Xeno Vegeta strikes an Ozotto clone in the form of Cell
As he remains trapped, another Ozotto appears and attempts to eat Xeno Goku in order to add his abilities to his repertoire but he is saved thanks to the sudden and unexpected appearance from Xeno Vegeta who had arrived after noticing that something was wrong with one of the Time Scrolls. Transforming into Super Full Power Saiyan 4 Limit Breaker himself, Xeno Vegeta takes down the Frieza and Cell clones leading both him and Xeno Goku to finish them off with a Final Flash and Limitbreaker Kamehameha. Ozotto's split pieces form together as he surrenders to the two Time Patrollers, confessing that he is no match for them whilst currently split up and offers them a proposal.
Elsewhere, Xeno Trunks, Goku and Vegeta having fled King Kai's Planet to arrive at New Namek notice that there are no signs of Namekian life. An exhausted Goku, still worn out from the Super Space-Time Tournament is told by Vegeta to get up as several clones of Ozotto begin to appear.

- In the anime, Xeno Goku and Xeno Vegeta arrived together and both fought Baby Vegeta at the same time. In the manga, Xeno Goku arrived first and fought Baby Vegeta alone.
