Destructive Fracture (破壊・砕)[1] is a Rush Attack and Power of Destruction Restraining technique used by Toppo in his Destroyer Form.
Overview
The user cause the opponent to stagger with a punch, then grabs them by the head (with their hand or via Telekinesis) while binding them with the Power of Destruction which damages the opponent, before letting go and knocking the opponent away with a knee strike.
Usage
During the Tournament of Power, God of Destruction Top uses the technique on Frieza.

As part of the Legendary Pack 1 DLC in Xenoverse 2, Destructive Fracture was named and appears as a Strike Super Skill for Toppo (Destroyer Form) in both his "Pride Trooper Uniform 1' & Pride Trooper Uniform 2 skillsets. Additionally it can be randomly obtained by the Future Warrior in New Parallel Quest 145: "Other World Challenger" by defeating Toppo (God of Destruction).[1] According to its Super Skill description, the user can immediately follow up the Super Skill with an Ultimate Skill, Boost Dash, or Step. When performed by the Future Warrior, they use a combination of Telekinesis and the Power of Hakai! to grab and bind the opponent instead of physically grabbing due to lacking God of Destruction Toppo's size.
