Darkness Twin Star (ダークネスツインスター, Dākunesu Tsuin Sutā) is a Continuous Energy Bullet used by Lord Slug.

Overview

First, Slug charges two golden energy balls in his hands. Then he fires them at the opponent, inflicting a large amount of damage.

Usage

In Dragon Ball Z: Lord Slug, Lord Slug uses this technique inside his spaceship, testing out his powers after using the Dragon Balls to wish himself back to his prime, while his henchmen are fighting the Dragon Team.

Variation

Darkness Twin Meteor - A stronger purple color version used by Xeno Lord Slug in Dragon Ball Heroes and World Mission.

Video Game Appearances

Darkness Twin Star was named in Dragon Ball Heroes, where it is Lord Slug's special attack in his base form. Xeno Lord Slug uses a purple version of the technique under the name Darkness Twin Meteor.

In Xenoverse 2, Darkness Twin Star is one of Lord Slug's Super Skills which the Future Warrior can learn by completing School Quest: "Lesson 2" of Slug's Training. Interestingly, it appears under the name Dark Twin Star in its Tutorial description despite the Skill itself being named Darkness Twin Star in Xenoverse 2.

In Xenoverse 2, this technique can be used by offensively and defensively. After creating the energy spheres they will orbit around the user, damaging enemies if they get close and blocking standard ki blasts. Pressing the button again will allow the user to fire them a the opponent. When the blasts explode the explosion with knock nearby opponents upwards (this occurs whether it is fired or the opponent is hit while they are orbiting around the user).

In Dragon Ball Fusions, it appears under the name Darkness Twister as a Special Move for several characters including Basco, Damjee, Litee, Maida, Rhubub, Gatob, and Racjee.

In World Mission, it appears as Lord Slug's Super Attack in his base form. Xeno Lord Slug uses his Darkness Twin Meteor variation as his Super Attack. It can also be learned by Berserker type Hero Avatars after Lord Slug's Camaraderie reaches Lvl 5.^[4]
