Meta-Cooler Core raises his hand and throws a devastating punch at the opponet, no doubt breaking a few bones.

Meta-Cooler Core used this technique to attack Goku while the latter was charging his Ki for an attack. The titanic cyborg proceeded to wrap Goku in crushing wires.
