Colossal Slash (ハイパワースラッシュ, Haipawāsurasshu, lit. "High-Power Slash")^[1] is a variation of Power Impact used by Jiren.

Overview[]

Jiren gathers Ki in both hands and combines them into a single powerful sphere and lifts it above his head before launching it at the opponent.

Usage[]

Jiren first uses this technique against Android 17 who blocks the attack using his Android Barrier and then destroys the attack by using self-destruction.^[2] Jiren uses this technique again against Perfected Ultra Instinct Goku, who repels the attack with an Energy Wave.^[3]

Dragon Ball FighterZ

In FighterZ, it is named Colossal Slash where it appears as Jiren's airborne Super Attack. Instead of an energy sphere, it is depicted as a fiery energy disc.
