Chiho Kiyooka (清岡 千穂) (also known as Chiho Kikuchi in Funimation/Ocean dub) is a Japanese music composer.

Biography[]

Kiyooka graduated from the University of the Sacred Heart. She started her career in 1987 under Daiko Nagato. She has also worked as a music instructor at Being Music School, giving songwriting lessons under the name Akane Housen.

She has composed several songs for Dragon Ball Z, including "Cha-La Head-Cha-La", ""Ya" na Koto ni wa Genki-Dama!!", "Tobikkiri no Saikyō tai Saikyō! ", "HERO (Kimi ga Hīrō)", "Light's Journey", and "The Blue Wind's Hope".

Kiyooka also composed music for Fatal Fury: The Motion Picture and Fushigi Yugi.
