- Sofubi Series 1
- Release date: 1990s
After the big surge of Keshi additions unveiled by Bandai, a series of SofVi (Sofubi) figures was released in the early 1990s incorporating some characters from the Perfect Cell Saga. These pieces were unique due to their soft texture yet snap-together ability. The miniatures are rubberized and soft in terms of texture and remain rather nice even for the initial design as vintage figures. These Sofubi pieces are greatly different from forthcoming releases by Bandai many years later, but this series was ultimately the very first in terms of its texture and sculpt and remain rather difficult to come by. Semi-Perfect Cell is seen exploding as Super Saiyan Goku prepares to use his instant transmission to transport them away in this diorama. Goku prepares to transport the exploding Semi-Perfect Cell as Teen Gohan watches. Cell is portrayed with a frantic expression as he prepares to erupt, Goku maintaining a serious and confident demeanor as he prepares to sacrifice himself. The figurines, much like most in this set, came with another character (one they were interacting with). The basic set was released within Dragon Balls and included two figurines, which would be attached to a ground base and showcase a scene from the series. Semi-Perfect Cell came alongside Super Saiyan Goku and Super Saiyan Gohan in this Part 21 series set. This piece is very similar in perception to the Part 3 variant of the same scene. This Part 21 piece has additional details and furthermore, showcases Gohan on the ground as he watches his father attempt to transport the exploding Cell.

- Cell Games Saga Series 6
- Release date: 2001
Perfect Cell stands firm in Irwin's basic toy line pertaining to the Cell Games Saga. Introduced in 2001, one hand is in a gripped fist posture while the other has a distinct open reaching position, allowing for greater detail in terms of the stance. His determined glare is highly pronounced with his eyes and neck. Standing just above 5 inches, the figure is modeled to perfection and comes with an additional Cell Junior piece, which holds a vicious smile and both hands to his sides. The pack also comes with a collectible randomized Dragon Ball series character pog medallion and one Dragon Ball.

Still a part of the Cell Games Saga, the figures are modeled exactly the same as the aforementioned release (albeit having a new paint job) and come with a collectible randomized Dragon Ball series character pog and one Dragon Ball. The major difference of this release is the boxart being different, which makes the item equally as collectible if not more-so than the initial Perfect Cell with Cell Junior release by Irwin. Other differences for this version's packaging include the "Beckett Collector Exclusive" detailed on the box bubble as well as the metallic paint job. Other instances of actual particular differences to the model itself include a variation in terms of the paint job, having a shiny and glossy metallic coloring scheme. This is especially pronounced due to the green and blue bodies having a metallic layer and being overall eye-catching.
- Striking Z Fighters Series 2
- Release date: 2002
The Striking Z series Perfect Cell action figure was first released by Jakks Pacific in 2002 as a part of the Series 2 set. Standing at 5 inches, the figure, much like forthcoming Striking Z pieces, is showcased with a fighting posture. It was well-crafted and this time, came with the "Cannon Corkscrew Blast!" The series involves a fighting motion triggered by a switch, which allows the fighter to attack. Aside from the figure, also included was a block of wood (Specified as: "Striking Wall Included" on the packaging front), which was halved by the figure's attack. The box art for this release was designated with a light blue pattern and a Perfect Cell image in the front of the bubble. Also included in this series 2 set are Goku, Great Saiyaman, and Krillin.

This series highlights the many personas and appearances of these characters by allowing them to "morph" simply by placing them inside the included skins. Both Imperfect Cell and Perfect Cell hold a serious expression. Packs included in this set are Super Buu with Majin Buu, Perfect Cell with Imperfect Cell, Vegeta with Super Saiyan Majin Vegeta, and Goku with Super Saiyan 3 Goku.
- Irwin Model Kit Series 3
- Release date: 2002
A very memorable addition by Irwin is the Model Kit series, which included some assembly-required characters. The Series 3 set was released in 2002 and included some characters such as Android 16, Dr. Gero, and of course, Perfect Cell. This model of Cell was very similar to the 5 inch sculpt that Irwin originally released with minor differences. For one, the figure comes together quite nicely, fitting into place and allowing for the exterior sculpt to come on top of the figure base. Cell's body movement is quite a bit more mobile in comparison. The model kit version stands at about 6 and a half inches, this being a bit greater in height when placed next to the 5 inch base figure. Although there's a great amount of work put into these model kits, they were produced at a lesser number by assortment in comparison to the basic figure line of the first two Model Kit series released by Irwin which were more common pieces in the series and were previously released in 2000 through 2002. Pieces included in the first two series of model kits were that of Vegeta, Goku, Gohan, Piccolo, Tien, Future Trunks, Teen Trunks (with long hair), Super Saiyan Vegeta, Super Saiyan Goku, and Super Saiyan Kid Gohan.

Additionally, the pack includes 3 Dragon Balls and one piece of rock as debris for the scene.

This hard-to-find model was repainted by a Mexican Manufacturer. The actual mold is a repaint of previous pieces, as many and most of the bases are just a redone instrumentation of other figures and/or just plain bootlegs of other sculpts. This one, however, is a repaint model and was manufactured and sold as is. The paint job isn't particularly brilliant but it is unique and isn't on the poor side as is the case with most bootlegs or copied imports. Standing at 6 inches tall, this specific model is a repaint of the Bandai Super Battle Collection Vol. 11 piece as well as the Saga Continues re-release of the same piece. However, oddly enough, the head is crafted with Super Saiyan hair as a what-if scenario piece.

- Release date: 2010
This hard-to-find model was sculpted by a Mexican Manufacturer. The actual mold is quite unique and unlike other models, as many and most of the bases are just a redone instrumentation of other figures and/or just plain bootlegs of other sculpts. This one, however, is a new model in and of itself and was sculpted and sold as is. The paint job isn't particularly brilliant but it is unique and isn't on the poor side as is the case with most bootlegs or copied imports. Standing at 6 inches tall, this specific model is a unique sculpt and portrays Perfect Cell with a glossy dark green paint job for his exterior.

This 6-pack vintage set of super-deformed pieces includes Super Saiyan Goku, Piccolo, Perfect Cell, Super Saiyan Vegeta, Super Saiyan Gohan, and Super Saiyan Future Trunks. - Super Battle Collection
- Release date: 1994
The Super Battle Collection was repacked and re-released with brand new packaging design although the figures remained the same. Originally released in 1994, this variant of the Cell remains the same aside from the new packaging scheme. The figure still comes with the wings and tail end which can easily be equipped. This time, the packaging has a red and purple coloring. The piece is still volume 11. All initial SBC pieces were released with a similar packaging, having a square box design with flaps, allowing for the figure to be removed from the packaging and easily placed back into it without damaging the box itself. This bootleg variant is unique due to the Bandai logo being removed entirely from the packaging front. As a bootleg variant, the piece remains heavily the same with very minor difference in terms of the paint job. The coloring on Cell's face-sculpt is missing the purple lining and the tail end of his attachment no longer has the yellow and green portion, but rather, is colored with a black hue. Aside from this, the piece is a very close replica of the previous releases.
