Captain Chicken is a Human superhero that enters the 28th World Martial Arts Tournament. His name is probably a reference to his "chickening out" at the tournament.
Biography
In the tournament, he is matched against Nareg. Seeing the climactic match between Goku and Uub however, Captain Chicken fabricates the story of a damsel in distress that he must tend to, as an excuse to drop out of the tournament with some dignity.
