Captain Chicken (キャプテン・チキン Kyaputen Chikin) is a superhero that enters the 28th World Martial Arts Tournament.

In the tournament, he is matched against Nareg.[1] Seeing the climactic match between Goku and Uub, however, Captain Chicken fabricates the story of a damsel-in-distress that he must tend to, as an excuse to drop out of the tournament with some dignity.[2]
Personality[]
Although he appears calm and resolute, Captain Chicken is, hence his name and costume, extremely cowardly, and more than often makes excuses to avoid fighting.

- Captain Chicken's name, appearance, and tendency to avoid fighting are all based on the term, "Chickening out", a common euphemism for cowardly behavior.
