Brina M. Palencia (born in Oklahoma) is an American voice actress and ADR Director who works at Funimation. She has provided voices for a number of English language versions of Japanese anime films and television series.

Palencia attended the University of North Texas.
Palencia is also a former host of GameStop TV.
Her brother Gino Palencia also works for Funimation as an ADR Engineer.
