Brilliant Strike ("閃光の一撃" Senkou No Ichigeki, lit. "Flashing Strike")[1] is a Rush Attack used by Gohan in his Super Saiyan 2 and Super Saiyan 2 (Enraged) forms.
Overview[]
Gohan prepares his Super Kamehameha and fires it, creating a blinding light around the place. As Gohan rushes inside through the attack, in the blinding light, he then punches the enemy through their stomach, resulting in an enormous explosion.
Usage[]
Gohan defeats Bojack again in Super Dragon Ball Heroes: Big Bang Mission!!!
Super Saiyan 2 (Enraged) Gohan uses the attack in the rematch against Full Power Bojack, defeating him with the move a second time.[3]
Film Appearances[]
In Dragon Ball Z: Bojack Unbound, Super Saiyan 2 Gohan uses this attack to counter Full Power Bojack's Galactic Buster. The two energy waves clash in a massive explosion and both of the fighters rush through to attack. In the blinding light, Gohan ultimately kills Bojack with one final punch and wins the fight.
Video Game Appearances[]
In Dokkan Battle, it is named Brilliant Strike and is Earth-Protecting Flash Super Saiyan 2 Gohan (Youth)'s Ultra Super Attack. A version called Devastating Lightning Wave is used by New Power Beyond Ultimate Gohan (Beast) as his own Ultra Super Attack.
In Dragon Ball Legends, it is named Unwavering Blow and is LF Revival Super Saiyan 2 (Youth) Gohan (DBL36-01S)'s Legendary Finish.
In Dragon Ball Heroes, it is Super Saiyan 2 Gohan: Youth (BM12-SEC3)'s Super Attack.
