Body Manipulation is an ability that allows the user to freely manipulate his/her own body structure.[1]

Majin Buu morphs his face into Barry Khan's in an attempt to impress a girl

The ability to change the shape and structure of the body has obvious advantages both in combat and tactical situations. Users of this technique commonly stretch and contort their bodies to avoid attacks, create long range strikes and grapples, and even nullify the impact of blows by making the body too malleable and/or stretchy to be damaged. This can have its disadvantages, as bodies in this state seem to be more susceptible to being pierced or ripped; Super Buu's body was pierced by simple bullets, and despite being stronger than Vegeta, Buu was maimed and dismembered by his attacks multiple times during their fights.

The most prominent user of the ability in the series is Majin Buu; his various incarnations have complete control over every aspect of their physical makeup, allowing them to able to stretch, shapeshift, liquefy, and otherwise manipulate their malleable body, even controlling parts which are physically separated from the whole. Buu, particularly Innocent Buu, can even form a multitude of copies of himself from pieces after being blown apart, seemingly without limit. He has been seen creating dozens of these copies at once, and even reforming from vapour. After awakening some of his hidden power by tapping into the memories of Grand Supreme Kai, Buu was able to use his ability to even greater creative extents against Moro. After proving immune to most of the wizard's magical attacks (likely due to the magical source of Buu's own powers, including body manipulation, as well as the Kai's divine ki), he proceeded to pummel Moro with multiple arms that were completely separated from his body, with force seemingly the same as if they were attached to his main body. For Buu this technique also serves as a means to surround his opponent for absorption. This capability also aided them in several of their more deadly attacks, including the Wrap Attack and the Elastic Tentacle.

Being ghosts, the former Guardians of Earth have the ability to liquefy, which they used to wrap Kami in order to prevent him from escaping.

After being drenched and deformed by the Culture Fluid, Bio-Broly became malleable enough to twist his head 180 degrees and stretch his own neck.

Baby could liquefy his own body and take the shape of a ball, the former of which aided him greatly in possessing others' bodies.[1]

Due to his jelly-like body structure, Maji-Kayo could freely manipulate his body to both attacks and avoid attacks.

Majins in the Xenoverse series are capable of using body manipulation to stretch and manipulate their bodies in various ways. Additionally, in their Purification form in Xenoverse 2, Pure Majins can guard to use Body Manipulation to avoid attacks as a unique attribute of the form, though the trade-off is they cannot guard normally unless they revert to base.
