Just a question that's been on my mind.
As we all know, when Saiyans transform their hair changes color (golden blonde for the first 3 forms, and an assortment of other colors like green, red, blue for other forms).
Now what I'm wondering is, whether the hair color change is due to the energy pulsing through the natural hair color of the Saiyan, or if the pigment in their hair has actually been altered.
I've noticed that when a Saiyan gets knocked out, their hair reverts back (probably because a Saiyan must be conscious to sustain the form). Although I recall in RoF that Frieza mentioning he wanted to hang Super Saiyan Goku's head on the wall, and was somewhat disappointed when he had to settle on black haired Goku. Which implies you can have a dead Saiyan in Super Saiyan form. But I guess that could just be Frieza being ignorant of how a Super Saiyan works.
Consider this. What if Super Saiyan Goku (or some other transformed Saiyan) has a hair cut while they are transformed. Will the hair stay blonde (or whatever form he's in), or will it have a similar turnout to Rapunzel in Tangled and revert back to it's natural color?
What do you guys think?
