The Blutz Wave Generator (超ブルーツ波発生装置 Chō Burūtsuha Hassei Sōchi) is a tank that fires Blutz Waves. It was created by (Baby Infested) Bulma.

Overview

The Blutz Wave Generator is built by Bulma while she is under Baby's control, and is used to turn Baby Vegeta into a Golden Great Ape without the need of a tail. Later, during the fight with Omega Shenron, Bulma uses the same machine on Vegeta to advance him to Super Saiyan 4, since he lacked a tail. The generator was destroyed by Omega Shenron's Finger Beam after Bulma tried to attack him with Blutz Waves in order to defend Trunks.

Trivia

A similar device existed on the Saiyan's Attack Balls in anime filler. This device generates a holographic representation of a moon when the onboard computer awakens the Saiyan occupant, as evidenced by what happens when Gohan he transforms into a Great Ape for the second time during the training for the fight against the Saiyans.[1]
