Bloody Sauce is a technique used by Villainous Mode fighters as well as the demons Towa and Démigra in Dragon Ball Xenoverse.
Overview[]
The user charges a dark violet-purple Energy Sphere in their left hand while holding their arm back. Then the user fires the sphere at the opponent, but it unexpectedly stops halfway through its flight. Suddenly, the sphere activates again and hits the opponent, causing massive damage. Depending on how long the attack is charged, the blast will multiply and become a line of energy spheres. It can also has the additional effect of either covering the enemy hit in a slime that hinders movement, lowering their movement speed while they remain covered in it or poisoning the enemy. This slime status effect can be removed via Mr. Shape Up capsules and the poison effect can be removed via Mr. Antidote capsules.
Video Game Appearances[]
Bloody Sauce was named and first appeared in Dragon Ball Xenoverse where it is used by Demon God Démigra. It is also used by fighters in Villainous Mode and those under the influence of Dark Magic. Demon scientist Towa also uses the technique as part of the GT Pack 2 DLC.
Towa also uses the technique as her super attack in Dragon Ball Z: Dokkan Battle.
Bloody Sauce appears again in Dragon Ball Fusions as a single-target ki blast technique used by Towa and her respective EX-Fusions as a Special Move.
In Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, it can be used by Cooler in his Villainous Mode state. It can also be used by the Masked Saiyan and Masked Future Warrior. As part of the Extra Pack 1 DLC, in Expert Mission 20: "Harbinger of Doom", it is used by Android 13 and Super Buu (Gohan Absorbed) in their Supervillain forms.
