Blitzkrieg is a Scatter Finger Beam attack used by Super Buu (w/ Gohan absorbed). It appears as a barrage of small yellow Finger Beams.
Super Buu uses this technique to assault Goku and Vegeta while they are arguing over fusing with the Potara earrings. The two Z Fighters manage to frantically dodge the attack, however.
The attack was named Blitzkrieg in the Dragon Ball Z Collectible Card Game.
