The Basque dub of the Dragon Ball anime started airing in Basque country in Spain.

Dragon Ball

Dragoi Bola was broadcast by ETB1 (Euskal Telebista) since 1990. They got episodes from AB Groupe and translated from French, except for the first 26 episodes which were translated from the Japanese version. Some names have been changed, such as Piccolo Daimao to Satan Bihotz Txiki and Master Roshi to Iratzo Dordoka.

Dragon Ball Z

Dragoi Bola Z was broadcast on ETB1 from 1991. Up to 104 episode the French dub was used for translation. In episodes 105-146, the Japanese version was used for translation and later, the Basque dub alternately used the French and Japanese versions.

Some names have been changed, such as Piccolo to Satan Txiki/Satanko, Saiyans to Espazioko Gerlariak (but it was reverted to Saiya later on) and Great Saiyaman to Saiya Handia. This is the only dub in Spain that hasn't changed the Cell name.

Dragon Ball GT

Dragoi Bola GT has been broadcast since 1997 on ETB1. Up to episode 52, the Japanese version was used for translation. The broadcast was then halted and resumed years later, with the remaining 53-64 episodes being translated by using the Castilian Spanish dub. Because of that, those are the only episodes of this dub which have dubbed next episode previews.

Dragon Ball Z Kai

98 episodes of DBK were translated into the Basque language. No more information is known about this.

Dragon Ball Super

Dragon Ball Super aren't aired and dubbed in Basque.

Movies

1-4 Dragon Ball movies and 1-9, 14-15 Dragon Ball Z movies have been translated to Basque. They also translated two special episodes from Dragon Ball Z.
