Aya Hisakawa (久川綾, Hisakawa Aya; born in Kaizuka, Osaka, Japan) is the second Japanese voice actress for Bulma following Hiromi Tsuru's passing in 2017. She is best known for voicing Ami Mizuno/Sailor Mercury in the classic Sailor Moon anime and Yuri Tsukikage/Cure Moonlight in Heartcatch Pretty Cure.

Ironically, prior to Bulma, Aya has been the voice actress of another genius girl with short blue hair and a penchant for technology.
Aya was the voice actress for Chico in a filler episode of Dragon Ball Z many years before she became the voice of Bulma in Super.
Aya also was the voice of Rem Saverem in Trigun, an anime that also starred Hiromi Tsuru (who voiced Meryl Stryfe).
