Atomic Blast (アトミックブラスト Atomikku Burasuto)[1] is a Rush Attack used by Vegeta in his Super Saiyan Second Grade form.

First, Vegeta says "Fool!" and punches the opponent in their stomach. Then, he attacks the opponent with a roundhouse kick and a punch to their back. Finally, Vegeta flips upside down in the air and blasts the opponent away with a yellow energy wave fired from his hands, inflicting a huge amount of damage.

Vegeta uses this attack during his battle against Cell. Vegeta lures Semi-Perfect Cell into the ocean and the Android begins blasting the surrounding area in order to draw out Vegeta. When the Saiyan prince finally appears, Semi-Perfect Cell tries to attack him, but Vegeta counterattacks with the Atomic Blast rush, battering and blasting the creature out of the ocean.[2]

Vegeta's upside-down blast

Prior to his battle with Cell, Vegeta uses an attack very similar, but blue in color, against Recoome during their battle on Namek: while Recoome gets a hold of him, Vegeta fires the finishing blast of the Atomic Blast Rush onto Recoome's face, knocking him to the ground.[3]
