Arale Kick is an attack used by Arale. Arale first starts to run at high speed, then jumps in mid-air, and finally lands a powerful kick on the opponent when she is still in the air. She used this attack against General Blue when he was about to kill Goku with the Skewer! technique, as Goku was already paralyzed by Blue's telekinesis.
Arale uses this technique in the Nintendo DS game Dragon Ball: Origins 2. In the video game Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3, Arale uses the Arale Kick during her Ultimate Blast, Playing Pro-Wrestling.
