Anime Designer: Dragon Ball Z is a CD-ROM for Bandai's Pippin Atmark game console that allows the user to create original Dragon Ball Z scenes. It was developed by Magic Mouse and released by Bandai in Japan on June 18, 1996.[1]

Several localities can be chosen like the World Martial Arts Tournament, Kame House, The Lookout, King Kai's Planet, or the Sacred World of the Kai among others. In the tool bar, there are functions that allow to rotate the images, to alter the colors of such, to darken and clarify them, to maximize and diminish them, etc.

There are more than 1000 images of Dragon Ball Z, and a few of Dragon Ball GT, that can be used to create scenes.
