Andrew Francis (born in Vancouver) is a Canadian voice actor.
Biography[]
He voiced Dende for the Saban Entertainment/Ocean Productions dub of Season 2 in Dragon Ball Z. He would reprise the role in Westwood Media's dub of the Cell and Majin Buu arcs (though Peter Kelamis would briefly fill in for Andrew during a flashback in "Bow to The Prince").
Some of his other notable roles include the title character in the Megaman NT Warrior anime series, Bobby Drake/Iceman in X-Men: Evolution, Lance in Voltron Force, and Clint Barton/Hawkeye in Iron Man: Armored Adventures.
