Andrew T. Chandler is an American voice actor primarily working with Funimation Entertainment. He is best known for his role as Giran in Dragon Ball, Spopovich and Kibito in Dragon Ball Z, Cooler in Dragonball Z movies 5 and 6, General Rilldo and the Narrator in Dragon Ball GT.
