Andrea Eve Libman (born July 19, 1984, at Toronto, Ontario) is a Canadian actress, television writer, and singer with a large resume of anime and North American animation. She stated on Twitter that her native language is French.


Her most popular on-screen appearances are in Little Women, Andre and a guest-role on The X-Files. Andrea Libman has appeared on camera in films and television shows including Highlander: The Series, Susie Q, The Lotus Eaters, and Lyddie.

Her voice roles in the Dragon Ball franchise include Chi-Chi in the first anime series, and Penny in Dragon Ball: Curse of the Blood Rubies.

Some of her other voice roles include the title character in the Madeline animated series (taking the role of from Tracey Lee Smyth in 1995 and holding on to it until My Fair Madeline in 2002, in which the role was passed on to Chantal Strand), X-23 in X-Men: Evolution (season three), young AndrAIa in ReBoot, Emmy in in the PBS children's animated series Dragon Tales, Isabelle in Finley the Fire Engine, and Roll in MegaMan: Upon a Star. She is currently voicing Harmony Bear in Care Bears: Adventures in Care-a-Lot, Cathy in Monster Buster Club, and Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy in My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. She is also a singer, contributing songs to My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, including "The Ballad of the Crystal Empire".

Libman has also written several episodes of Corneil and Bernie.
