Alec Willows is a Canadian voice actor who works for Ocean Productions. He voiced Oolong, Lakasei (TV version only) and the Bio-Men in the Dragon Ball franchise.
Some of his other roles include Tarantulas from Transformers: Beast Wars, and Bao in Black Lagoon.
