"Stare in awe...I am justice INCARNATE!!"
Fused Zamasu launching the Lightning of Absolution at Goku, Vegeta and Future Trunks in "Final Judgement? The Ultimate Power of an Absolute God"

Absolute Lighting (絶対の雷 Zettai no Ikazuchi) is one of Fused Zamasu's primary attacks.

Fused Zamasu performs a pose which fires powerful purple bolts of lightning from either his Barrier of Light or Wall of Light. The lightning bolts are powerful enough to knock both Goku and Vegeta out of their Super Saiyan Blue forms in one blast. Fused Zamasu first uses this technique to show his power to Trunks and the others.

Fused Zamasu uses this attack multiple times during his battle with Goku, Vegeta, and Future Trunks.

DBXV2 Future Warrior (Super Pack 4 DLC) Lightning of Absolution (Super Skill)

Future Warrior using Lightning of Absolution in Xenoverse 2

Lightning of Absolution was named and first appeared in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 as one of Fused Zamasu's Super Skills as part of the Super Pack 4 DLC. As part of the Super Pack 4 DLC, it also be obtained by the Future Warrior as a reward in New Parallel Quest 111: "The Zero Mortal Plan".[1]

The user fires lighting bolts from their halo which will knock the opponent back if they are in range of the initial attack, before being hit by two more lightning strikes from above. Even if the opponent is out of range of the bolts fired from the halo itself, they can still be hit by the two lightning strikes that follow. The skill however requires two ki bars to fire.

Lightning of Absolution also appears in Dragon Ball FighterZ as Fused Zamasu's Meteor Attack. An array of lightning pillars appears and if the first one hits the opponent, they will be ensnared by it, ensuring that they will be rapidly shredded by the subsequent bolts.
