How do you guys feels about this form. I personally thinks it looks cool, but it could have been better implemented into the anime.

So, a lot of people say they like Gogeta’s personality cause he’s serious and “gets the job done” 😂. That aside. Is this actually how Gogeta is? Well, kinda. He’s only like that in Fusion Reborn. Of his 3 most popular appearances, he’s only like that once. Let’s go over it.

In Fusion Reborn. He starts out in ssj. Says 2 lines. Does some acrobatics and kills Janemba. He wastes no time and ends the fight quickly. So you could say he’s serious. Fair enough.

In GT. He starts out in ssj4. And then he kinda messes around. The whole purifying negative energy thing is headcanon that never happens in the actual show so there was no reason for why he did this. He was just kinda a troll. And then he loses. I wouldn’t call that serious.

In Super. He starts out in base and works his way up from ssj to blue. That’s a very Goku thing to do. It doesn’t fit the whole “no nonsense super serious get the job done” brainless rhetoric you hear all the time but it’s not necessarily him messing around either. But then. He just turns the dial up to 11 and tries to kill Broly. And he fails cause Cheelai saves him. He actually failed in what he tried to do, he won but he still failed his goal. Plus, he spares Frieza for no reason right after. Why did he try to murder Broly but spare Frieza? Be consistent. You either wanna kill or you don’t. You could have just knocked Broly out too so I don’t know what he was thinking. He definitely isn’t what most people say he is, lol.

So yeah. Point is, Gogeta is very different in all of his appearances. When you say you like Gogeta’s personality. You should probably clarify which one your talking about cause they aren’t all the same.
