Guldo's time freeze is a better Za-warudo, as it's doesn't get shorter over time.

Shadow should only get a life sentence if its the shadow the hedgehog one where he actually downs people (depending on the side you choose). Main games Shadow doesn't do much. He is a fugitive fueled by revenge who only hurted gun's soldiers and destroyed their weaponry. He also served gun as well (at least in the comics he does) and after defeating finalhazard with Sonic he was recognized as a hero.
