I had a fair amount of free time today, so I decided to finish this drawing I've had cooking in the background for a while. As the title says, this is Transcendent Iwazaru, a transformation of my OC Cicer Okoshi and an alt color scheme made in honor of the latest iteration of Super Saiyan 4 from Dragon Ball Daima.
