1. Competent underling, sniveling/overbearing boss

2. The Underling is (fairly tall) and presentable, the boss is short and grumpy

3. The boss acts childhish, throws tantrum and sometimes threatens the underling for moronic reasons.

4. The underling acts sycophantic, but clearly is frustrated with working under their ever annoying boss.
