I don't think I have a favorite Final Fight?

I liked the "YOU FOOL!!" part of the Frieza fight, really felt like Goku's hand was forced beyond what he was mentally ready for.

as much as I love kid buu, goku vs frieza is such a thematically beautiful fight. definitely the best WRITTEN fight. I also remember more of goku vs frieza since I haven't watched z in a while lol

Goku vs Vegeta was peak stakes and peak choreography, and that beam clash was easily top 5 most iconic anime moments.
