but we are gonna talk about how King Piccolo killed Shenron, an Eternal Dragon. I don't know any other villain who has done that.

Buu is actually the least evil here considering he's just born of evil compared to actual evil villains like Omega, Zamasu and Frieza.

Zamasu is indeed more evil......but he's a hypocrite and just delusional though if it takes the Omni King of all people to erase him out of existence then he's a general threat.

Omega is evil in that he is born through the overusage of Drsgon Balls and I like that concept.

Moro is definitely evil but I'm giving this to either Zamasu or Frieza, because Frieza kickstarted the series by killing all the Saiyans and he's like one of the many reasons why Universe 7 has a low mortal level.

Frieza has and always will be evil since day 1. and he's still a looming threat. Zamasu is more evil but he's just a hypocrite and that's the only thing pushing him back because he was originally good unlike Frieza.

Omega Shenron : Some people overused my daddys balls so i started destroying them.

Frieza : I overused some monkey people and then felt like destroying them.

Frieza: I destroyed Planet Vegeta, Earth and Namek.

Zamasu : I slaughtered every mortal, God and Angel.

Honestly surprised no one chose King Piccolo.

I mean he killed Shenron, an Eternal Dragon like I said before.
