I like all of them, GT for only his SSJ4 and I like how he was the one to suggest Fusion despite being against it. Except for Cell Saga Vegeta, he was easily the worst because this guy didn't even listen to his son. Now that I think about it Trunks died because of Vegeta, if he didn't let Cell go perfect, Cell wouldn't have killed Trunks. Buu Saga Vegeta is good because it gave him character development.
Buu saga for me with Super being a close second. The character development he went through peaked at the Buu saga when he sacrificed himself for not only his family but Goku as well and even admitted Goku was the best and a friend at the end.
