For this hypothetical poll set on Namek during the Frieza Saga, we'll say that Frieza had access to a "Fifth" form; having attained it in secret - despite despising having to 'train' to attain it - as he senses that his brother Cooler plans to one day make an attempt on his life.

(That's not entirely out of the question, as Cooler did admit in Cooler's Revenge that he would have killed Frieza himself at some point if Goku hadn't beaten him to it).

As a result, he does better against the Z-Fighters here; injuring Piccolo with a Death Beam and blowing up Krillin like before after escaping the attempt by Goku to kill him with the Spirit Bomb - resulting in Goku becoming a Super Saiyan.

However, in this situation, the events on Namek are been watched from the Demon Realm, with Neva - the "Legendary Namekian" - having 'felt' the deaths of many of his Namekian kin and used his power to observe what was happening.

Seeing Piccolo injured and the last Namekian on Namek (along with seeing that Frieza has more power that he hasn't used yet, so Goku's victory here isn't assured), he decides to use his ability to draw out an individual's dormant power on Piccolo to try and ensure victory for the 'Super Namekian'.

As such, Piccolo - like Goku in Daima achieving SSJ4 with Neva's help - awakens and is empowered; temporarily receiving his "Orange" form much earlier and with Goku sensing that this power eclipses his own.

As such, Orange Piccolo tells Goku to get Gohan back to their ship while he takes on Frieza; both aware that Frieza is still holding back and with this battle been more personal for Piccolo as Frieza has wiped out almost all of his species.

After some back and forth in battle, Frieza realizes he's outclassed by Piccolo's new form and, with the threat of Goku re-entering the battle as a Super Saiyan later, decides to pull out his ace - his "Fifth Form" - before battle resumes.

Question is, will Orange Piccolo - weaker here than when we see him in DBS: Super Hero - be able to defeat Frieza and save Namek, or will 5th Form Frieza still find a way to win; even if it means been a 'sore loser' and blowing up Namek to use his advantage of been able to breathe in space in order to end Piccolo's attempts to kill him?

I think it depends on whether Piccolo is powered up to the same extent that he was in Superhero and if Frieza's "Fifth Form" is comparable to his Golden form.

Piccolo alone was able to be equal to 2nd Form Frieza after him absorbing Nail.

Add a form that would draw out all his potential, and then significantly boost it?

I would think that a 5th Form Frieza would be relative to Cooler’s 5th Form, just being weaker.

Piccolo is far more than enough

I doubt Frieza's Fifth Form would be anywhere near his Golden Form. In this case, he did just enough training to achieve it - similar to Golden, albeit much less training - then stopped.

As for whether it'd be stronger than Cooler's own 5th form or not, that's up for debate.

Additionally, I threw in the fact that since Frieza can breathe in space and is more than willing to blow up a planet to defeat an enemy - as he attempted to do on Namek only to hold back, and as he later did on Earth during the Golden Frieza Saga/Resurrection 'F' before Whis undid it - then that would be an option he might try if he feels Piccolo might kill him, and assuming Piccolo isn't quick enough to stop him with his "Don't you dare!" act (albeit stopping Frieza's attack instead of Cell Max's foot).

I doubt Piccolo would let Frieza pull that off, he's the kind of guy that wastes no time taking down opponents.

I think Golden Frieza would be at the level of current fighters
