Yes. He is the most pure character in the show.

There is an attack in OGDB called the Devilmite Beam, which takes even the slightest bit of evil in one's heàrt and expands it until they self destruct. The user fired the beam at Goku and literally nothing happened.

So theoretically

He could wear the Master Crown with no problem

In fact Landia EX’s pause screen says “Strong as it may be, even the crown's guardian, Landia, cannot fully control the overwhelming, terrible power to rule that swells within its legendary crown, said to be a creation of the ancients...”

^It's mostly just implied that Landia can wear it without anything any negative effects on her in particular. She's not immune to the affects as much as she's just a strong-willed dragon that will never act on those temptations.

I would like to imagine something resembling Son Wukong with the crown doubling as his face plate/headpiece. Goku Soul would probably just turn into Dark Matter Swordsman with the Wukong headpiece and monkey claws instead of a sword.
