Yes, But if he gets one shots then it's pointless, it's like mahoraga, he could adapt to Goku, assuming Goku doesn't start trying and One shot him, that is basically what Gomah needs here to catch up with the emperor, considering how the character we play in Warhammer just kills everything with their Hands, Flamethrower and all our other weapons for Fun and for the emperor, I don't think he is the type to hold back.
