Chi-Chi has been pretty strong, and could kinda go at Goku a little bit. But all in all, she's not much stronger than her Dragon Ball era.

Hercule isn't exactly super strong compared to current Goku, but Hercule has at times managed to tank shots by others, can carry 3 busses, which is stronger strength training than Krillin and Goku did with the shell.
Yes except Goku and Krillin were doing everyday work as children with that thing on. Not rly the same as pulling it for a few secs at most.
One could think that POSSIBLY Hercule might be able to physically box King Piccolo. It would be VERY close, but I feel like he could do it.

Yes. Except Cell put quite literally no effort into the punch and he almost instakilled Hercule.
and in GT he tanked a shot in the gut from Omega Shenron who had no reason to hold back against him.

Hercule's defensive capabilities are at least galactic, and his speed is equal to even Kid Buu in that he dodged all of his attacks while groveling.
And its clear this was entirely due to luck. He didn't realize he was dodging an attack or even knew an attack was coming (in terms of where kid Buu was aiming). This is a feat of luck but not much else (though one could argue the speed at which he groveled was quite fast for an unrestrained kid Buu, I think anyone with slightly above human capabilities would be capable with perfect timing and luck, including DB chichi)
If we take gag feats as TRUE feats, not too unlike that of Arale, then Hercule is actually really strong.
For a human. Not for a z-fighter. And what about ChiChi? If we're taking gags into account, she's survived getting slammed by a Goku who forgot to hold back, has blazing red aura, and has trained Goten. Heck she even beats Goku with emotional damage every time they argue lol. I think she should win pretty easily here.
