We're still not sure if Gomah is stronger than Kid Buu. We know Rildo is stronger than Buu in his base form alone, because his stronger forms force Goku into a stronger transformation, and base GT Goku = Base Uub >/= Kid Buu. So, it seems highly likely that Rildo wins.

While its true that we don't know if Gomah > Kid Buu. Rildo is stronger than Buu, this was stated. We can't prove which Buu though. It could be any Buu Goku has sensed. Majin Buu, Good Buu, Buuhan, or Kid Buu. And I have also not seen any proof for Uub being equal to Kid Buu either. I'm assuming Rildo wins just cause he could potentially be stronger than Buuhan, but we really don't know. You are allowed to assume that its Kid Buu or Buuhan if you want to. I think it makes sense for Goku to be talking about Kid Buu. And if Uub is equal to Kid Buu, then this would be consistent.

Well, my reasoning for this scale is that Uub, during the Baby Saga, did face off against Baby, who Goku had stated was the strongest person he had ever sensed, meaning by the Baby arc, Uub alone was stronger than, or equal to, Buuhan. He'd have to be to get as close to Baby as he did. And at the beginning of the series, we see Goku in base form fighting Uub. While its true he probably grew stronger from that point onward, we can't be sure of how much. And considering that Base GT Goku is considered SSJ3 Z Goku level, and Z Goku was pretty close in power to Kid Buu, I'd assume that Uub is pretty much equal to Kid Buu at least. So for Rildo to push Goku to using half of his Super Saiyan 1 form's power, that should mean that base Rildo along is around 25X stronger than Kid Buu. Hyper Meta Rildo scales up further, and when he becomes basically

T-1000 Terminator, he has Goku on the run. I do understand that Goku was playing with Rildo, but the idea that Rildo is greater than Buu is just undesputed. And considering that Duu, the strongest Majin since Buu, was actually created from a SMALL PIECE of Buu, this should insinuate that Buu is still stronger than Duu, who is roughly equal to Mini Goku level in SSJ3. And Mini Goku is weaker than Adult Goku, else there would be no point in the wish.

That's actually ironic...

• In Daima, Kid Goku loses his strength, but keeps his stamina.

• In GT, Kid Goku keeps his strength, but loses his stamina.

GT Goku is definitely stronger than Daima Goku, but Daima Goku, out of the two, is the only one that can hold SSJ3 for over a minute without a tail. I guess continuities be like.
